Our Goal, Vision & Commitment

Our Women & Their Stories

Volunteer, Participate, or Donate

Starting a new sober life after addiction treatment can be extremely challenging, especially when you are faced with difficult situations and challenging social demands. However, research from the National Institute of Health shows that individuals are better able to sustain their sobriety long-term when they live in a supportive environment.

At St. Maries House of Serenity, our mission is to provide safe, comfortable, and structured homes where women can thrive in a lifestyle of sobriety. We have helped countless women start over after rehab and continue their recovery journey and we are here for you too.

Our sober living programs are designed to ease residents into an independent sober lifestyle by reinforcing the skills and habits learned in treatment and providing a personal supportive network of sober peers. We offer a supportive environment with minimal distractions where residents can engage in a recovery-focused lifestyle with real-life responsibilities and opportunities to gain valuable life skills.

I am no bird; and no net ensnares me; I am a free
human being with an independent will.
